* OBO rates are only applicable for on line bookings completed through our this website by clicking on the "check availability & book on line" button above below the pictures and by completing the process and paying the deposit on line. A booking made in any other way (email, telephone etc), will be charged at the standard rate, irrespective of the amount of nights. This will obviously have no effect on any telephonic or email communication for the purpose of information exchange, bookings for 3rd party activities or other services. Call or email us at any time.

Conditions
• Rates can change without prior notice. Any rate change will not have any effect on reservations existing at such time
• All rates are quoted in South African Rand
• Rates quoted are per person per night
• Rates include VAT @ 14% and breakfast (lunch and dinner not included in the price)
• Dinner can be served on all days | lunch is served at request
• Children (12 plus) welcome at full rate in their own room
• Under circumstances one child under 12 on bed-sofa in suite by prior arrangement
• Check in after 15.00 hrs and before sunset, check out before 11.00
• Pets are not allowed
• A deposit of 50% is payable upon reservation
• 10% of accommodation price is payable in the case of any cancellation
• Cancellations made 30-7 days prior to arrival: 50% of full accommodation payable
• Cancellations made 7-0 days prior to arrival: 100% of full accommodation payable
• A minimum stay of 2 days may apply
